The beauty industry growth rate is among one of the fastest in a struggling economy thanks to the everlasting quest to look young, with an unfathomable amount of products aimed to make the skin “appear” more youthful; appear being the operative word. The frightening mask in the attached photo lays claim to the promise of younger looking skin.
Another beauty product created to “make the skin appear firmer, tighter and smoother for the appearance of a youthful facial contour“ (“It Works” product packaging) has hit the market as a facial wrap. Yes, the Facial Applicator 2.0 from “It Works” targets women wanting to look younger.
Following the same premise of the “It Works” body wraps, a facial skin cream impregnated cloth is applied to a cleansed face for 45-60 minutes, detoxifying the body while improving “apparent” elasticity and the “appearance” of the skin. The face feels fresher, tighter, hydrated, and luminous, looking of course more youthful.
For optimal results the facial applicator beauty product should be used twice a week for two weeks with bi-weekly monthly maintenance, however avoid use around small children as the facial mask makes the user “appear” to look like Jason of “Friday the 13th” infamy.
Cosmetic surgery, invasive procedures, a healthy lifestyle including proper nutrition, plenty of water and avoiding the sun, smoking and alcohol are the only way to slow the aging process. Creams, moisturizers, serums and even facial wraps provide an additional boost in the right direction, but they are temporary in nature with the results making the skin “appear” younger.
Caution should always be taken when purchasing products offering claims that are unattainable and with “It Works” the beauty product packaging clearly states the Facial Applicator 2.0 gives the “appearance” of youthful skin. An added bonus is the detoxifying element found in the cream that cleanses the body of toxins, although not as potent as the company’s “Skinny Wraps.”
Those Long Islanders interested in testing the facial wrap aimed at producing smoother, softer, firmer skin, may purchase the beauty product here.
