The Nintendo Wii U will be releasing this Nov. 18th and with the over 50 games that were announced for the system’s launch window today, here is a look at the games you need to make sure you invest in.
The first game people need to be on the lookout for is ZombiU, which is going to be a Wii U exclusive from Ubisoft.
This game will take players on creepy and bloody journey through a zombie ridden England where resources are scarce and zombie are vast.
The Wii U Gamepad will be playing a major, but practical role in the gameplay and will help provide a unique dynamic to the experience, along with additional organic moments this game would not have without the pad.
This game will be released the day the Wii U hits stores shelves this November.
Second on the list is The Wonderful 101, as this Wii U exclusive will take the super hero genre to a place it has never gone before.
In this game, players will be able to control up to 60 super heroes at one time; and will take full advantage of the features and dynamics the Gamepad has to offer.
On the pad, gamers will be able to use it to form various hero attacks in the form of a fist, a handgun or sword, and those will help people take down enemy bosses as well as any object that stand in their way.
This game does not have a release date yet, but it was confirmed today that it will be out within Nintendo’s launch window.
Next up is Nintendo Land, which will also be a Wii U exclusive and is going to provide players with more content than they could have imagined.
Nintendo Land does not just consist of one game, but it will have up to 12 attractions that players can be entertained by for hours and hours.
With the five that have been shown so far, Nintendo Land will surely be a must have for anyone who purchases the Wii U.
Games like Animal Crossing are going to provide an addictive, different flavor to the Wii U and people will have a hard time putting it down.
Nintendo Land will be available when the system launches and can be acquired with the purchase of the $349 Wii U bundle.
The fourth must-have title is going to be Call of Duty: Black Ops II, which is a multiplatform title, but it will bring a significantly different experience to the game the 360 and Playstation 3 cannot deliver.
The game will provide a second screen on the Gamepad for players to use, not to mention top-of-the-line graphics and amazing visuals.
Those who go play Black Ops II on the Wii U are going to fully understand why this system takes full advantage of the game’s features and all it has to offer.
Black Ops II will also be released the day the Wii U hits retailers.
Finally, the last game you need to make sure you have if you are going to own a Wii U is Assassin’s Creed III, which is also a multiplatform title coming from Ubisoft.
This third party title will be one of the major measuring sticks for the system, and if early impressions are any indication, it will look and play amazingly on the Wii U.
The map and how you change your weapons will all be done on the Gamepad, much like how some other games will utilize it. It may also be used as a way to view enemies who are far away.
Assassin’s Creed III will be released the day the console is available.
The Nintendo Wii U will be released on Nov. 18th and it will be accompanied by an impressive list of games.
