One night after WWE “Hell in a Cell,” and “Monday Night Raw” is ready to commence as the build to “Survivor Series” begins. All the action took place on Monday, Oct. 29, 2012, and it includes a surprise return along with some interesting new storylines. Check out a recap of all the action and results below.
~ CM Punk starts things off and speaks on how he defeated Ryback at “Hell in a Cell.” He denies having anything to do with the crooked ref and that there will be no rematch because he is done with Ryback.
Out steps a returning Mick Foley and he tries to take Punk down a peg. Punk then suggested that both he and Foley have an elimination tag-team match at “Survivor Series.” Ryback then comes out to run off the champ.

~ Ryback squashed JTG in a nothing match. He then said Punk is up next.
~ Wade Barrett vs. Randy Orton: Barrett has done quietly well since he returned to the WWE, and he’s had some big profile matches. The matches, like this one, were even extremely good, but he hasn’t really won any of them. The same result came here as Orton hit an RKO to win.
~ Team Hell No vs. Primetime Players: Nothing much here as it is a simple tag match with the champs picking up the victory.
~ Vickie Guerrero comes out and brings John Cena out. Vickie accused Cena and AJ of being together and it went back and forth and was boring. Dolph Ziggler came out and this went nowhere.
~ Antonio Cesaro was taking on Kofi Kingston, but The Miz got involved and the heels took out the face. R-Truth ran out for the save.

~ Three-Man Band vs. Zack Ryder & Santino Marella: Another basic tag team match with the Band picking up the win.
~ AJ Lee vs. Beth Phoenix: AJ actually rolled up Beth quickly and got the pin. Vickie then comes out and restarts the match because she said it just wasn’t good enough. Beth got in a sneak attack and then hit the GlamSlam for the victory.
~ Sheamus talked about his match with Big Show at “Hell in a Cell,” and is smiling because the match was great. They go back and forth to continue the feud until Sheamus lays out Show with White Noise.
~ Team Rhodes Scholars vs. Rey Mysterio & Sin Cara: This was a really good tag team match that saw Rhodes Scholars continue their hot streak. It didn’t take anything away from the masked men either, which is good. The best part about Sandow and Rhodes is that they seem like an old school heel tag team and that is a good thing.
~ WWE donates one million dollars to the Susan G. Komen Foundation for breast cancer awareness.
~ CM Punk came out first and let it be known that he would team with Damien Sandow, Cody Rhodes, The Miz, and Alberto del Rio.
Mick Foley came out next and let it be known that he would team with Kane, Daniel Bryan, Kofi Kingston, and Randy Orton. It was then revealed that Foley wouldn’t actually be wrestling, but would merely be in the corner of his team. The fifth and final member of the team was Ryback.
A big brawl starts out among everyone, but Punk bails out to end the show.
