Ready for all new episodes of your favorite shows chock-full of Halloween goodness? First, make sure your faves are airing this week and that the day and time hasn’t changed. Here are the primetime TV schedule changes for ABC, CBS, NBC, and FOX for the week of Sunday, October 28th to Friday November 2nd. All times are listed in central time.
Sunday, October 28th: FOX’s usual Sunday night programming (The Simpsons, Bob’s Burgers, Family Guy, and American Dad) will not be airing and FOX will be showing MLB World Series Game 4.
Monday, October 29th: 7:00 – 9:00pm The X Factor (FOX) will air in addition to its normal time on Wednesdays plus another additional night on Thursday. Regular programming, Bones and The Mob Doctor will both return with new episodes on November 5th.
Tuesday, October 30th: The Voice (NBC) will be two hours long so Go On and The New Normal will air an hour later than usual, at 9:00 and 9:30, respectively and Parenthood will not air.
Wednesday, October 31st: As a Halloween special, ABC will air It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown instead of The Middle, resuming normal programming at 7:30. The X Factor (FOX) will also show at its normal time slot, 7:00 – 9:00.
Thursday, November 1st: Not enough X Factor yet? Good news! Make it an X Factor week with another episode airing 7:00 – 9:00 (FOX) in addition to Monday’s and Wednesday’s episodes. The CMA Awards will air on ABC hosted by Brad Paisley and Carrie Underwood with performances including a rare duet with Tim McGraw and Faith Hill. Last Resort, Grey’s Anatomy, and Scandal will return with new episodes at their regular time slots November 8th.
Friday, November 2nd: Networks are still struggling to fill the fateful Friday spots. ABC comedy premieres with Last Man Standing season premiere at 7:00 starring Tim Allen and new series Malibu Country starring Reba McEntire premiering at 7:30 and Shark Tank will move to 8:00. NBS will show reruns of Go On at 7:00 and Guys With Kids at 7:30. On CBS, Undercover Boss will show at 7:00 and CSI: New York will keep its move to 8:00 like last week. FOX will air Kitchen Nightmares at 7:00 like last week with a possibility to continue in the time slot since Touch, originally projected to air Fridays at 7:00, will not return with new episodes until February 1st.
