Listed below is the report for Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Manuel Chavez Cornejo, 37, of Joliet, IL, was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Stroup and charged with driving while unlicensed. Cornejo was released on 10/29 after posting a $5,100 property bond.
Jonathan Keith Frye, 21, of Hiram was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Riley and charged with driving on a suspended license, no insurance, obstruction, disorderly conduct, expired tag, busted windshield and felony probation violation. Brent Lee Keane, 21, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Speck and charged with battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Keane was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (10/31/2009)
Nazaria Mejia, 23, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with DUI, no license and failure to obey traffic control device. Mejia remains in custody at the time of this publication. A bond on a previous DUI charge has also been dropped by the Rockmart Police Department.
Calep James Reddish, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputies Robinson and Williams on warrants charging him with burglary, criminal trespass and theft by taking. Reddish remains in custody at the time of this publication. Ciara Shantell Rowland, 25, of Aragon was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Walters and charged with DUI, failure to maintain lane, improper stopping/parking on roadway and obstructed view. Rowland was released the same day after bonding out through the Rockmart Police Department. See also (7/14/2010) (dog fighting operation)
Charles Michael Stansell, 35, of Rome was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer McClendon and charged with shoplifting. Stansell remains in custody at the time of this publication.
