Listed below is the report for Friday, Oct. 26, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Micah West Blankenship, 38, of Cedartown was re-arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Wagner on a bond drop on original charges of DUI, obstruction, no seat belt and failure to notify owner upon striking unattended vehicle. See also (9/26/2012) (4/11/2012) Blankenship remains in custody at the time of this publication with a $7,100 property bond.
Eddie Virgil Brock, 58, of Cartersville was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Cline and charged with safety restraint violation. Brock remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Ricky Cheatham Jr., 25, of Birmingham Ala., was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Zuker and charged with driving on a suspended license and window tint violation. Cheatham was released on 10/27 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department.
Randal Kyle Guttery, 44, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer McClendon and charged with dui with child endangerment, driving while license withdrawn, DUI and tail light violation. Richard Wayne Heffner, 21, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officer Stroup and charged with disorderly conduct. Heffner was released on 10/27 after bonding out through the Cedartown Police Department. Harold James Mantooth, 45, of Rome was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Kirby on a warrant for probation violation. Mantooth remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (10/13/2011)
Christopher Alan Mobbs, 30, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Hearne and charged with public drunkenness and obstruction. Mobbs remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set. Phillip Womack, 45, of Rockmart was arrested by Rockmart Police Officer Gilstrap on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Womack remains in custody at the time of this publication.
Dustin Cruz Yarbrough, 19, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Jones and charged with false report of a crime. Yarbrough was released the same day after posting a $1,100 property bond. See also (4/2/2012) (3/8/2012)
