Listed below is the report for Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012. The report includes a complete list of arrests, prior arrests, bonding information and inmate photos. Unless specified otherwise, all information is obtained from the Polk County Sheriff’s Office.
The following people were arrested and charged with the violations listed below. Click on the links to view prior arrests and/or additional details.
Rodolfo Rodrigue Barrientos, 18, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Hightower and charged with reckless driving, failure to stop at red light and no driver’s license. Barrientos was released on 10/25 after posting three property bonds totaling $2,130.
Gaston Terrell Diamond, 25, of Cedartown was arrested by Cedartown Police Officers Short and McClendon on a warrant for failure to appear in Cedartown municipal court. Diamond was released on 10/26 per the Cedartown Police Department.
Virgil E. Dorsey, 49, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Alexander on a warrant for child abandonment. Dorsey was released on 10/25 after posting a $2,100 property bond. See also (5/13/2012) (10/19/2011) (8/4/2011) (8/24/2010)
Katie Baldwin Harrell, 40, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Hearne on warrants for two counts deposit account fraud and probation violation. Rocky Eugene Hayes, 27, of Rockmart was arrested by Georgia State Trooper Cline and charged with DUI, speeding, no insurance and driving on an expired license. Hayes was released on 10/25 after posting four OT bonds totaling $5,200. See also (11/11/2011)
Gary Tyler, 36, of Franklin was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Deaton and charged with criminal trespass and battery under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Tyler remains in custody at the time of this publication. Two property bonds totaling $2,100 have been set.
Christopher Dennis Vines, 25, of Cedartown was arrested by Polk County Sheriff’s Deputy Alexander on a warrant for failure to appear in probate court. See also (8/15/2012) (4/17/2012)
Jason Dennis Watkins, 32, of Aragon was arrested by Aragon Police Officer Johnson on a warrant for failure to appear in municipal court. Watkins remains in custody at the time of this publication. See also (6/25/2012) (5/4/2012) (4/23/2012) (7/29/2011) (11/11/2010)
Lindsey Dawn Yarbrough, 22, of Dallas was arrested by Polk County Police Officer Irvin and charged with criminal trespass and third degree cruelty to children under the Family Violence Act (FVA). Yarbrough was released on 10/25 after posting two property bonds totaling $1,100.
