Early Sunday morning, September 30, Lindsay Lohan was not sleeping peacefully, instead she was said to have pulled a fire alarm at the New York City’s Union Square W Hotel in order to get police to come and save her from a 25 year old man who she claimed grabbed her in her hotel room.
A night of hanging out turned into a fight over cell phone photos.
Staying behind the radar does not seem to be in Lindsay Lohan’s plans. You would think that after her recent issues she would want to stay away from the public view for a while. Instead it seems that Lohan will continue to party on no matter what.
Staying out late Saturday night turned into the wee hours of Sunday morning when Lindsay Lohan supposedly met Christian LaBella of Valley Village, California and then continued the party in her hotel room. Lindsay claimed that she was assaulted by LaBella during an argument when she found that he was taking cell phone photos of her.
Christian LaBella is rumored to enjoy photo ops.
The former congressional aid seems to seek out the spotlight. TMZ has found Facebook photos of LaBella with Kim Kardashian and her mother, Kris Jenner. Other Facebook photos have surfaced of LaBella with Paul Ryan.
Lohan was questioned and LaBella was arrested in by police, then released.
Around 6 a.m. Sunday morning Mr. LaBella was taken into custody by police and charged with assault. Lohan claimed that he had choked her but then refused any medical attention leading to the assault charge against LaBella to be tossed out and freeing him from lock-up.
Upon his release, both LaBella and Lohan have filed harassment charges with the police against each other. Only being considered a minor violation no further action will probably be taken.
