Iowa’s Premiere Beer, Wine, and Food Expo 2012 will be held at Hy-Vee Hall in the Iowa Events Center on Friday, November 9, and Saturday, November 10. The event will feature local, regional, and national chefs cooking up dishes and pairing them with beers and wines, as well as a vendor area where you can sample and make purchases. Tickets for the event are $30 for those wanting to sample alcoholic beverages and $20 for those not wanting to sample alcoholic beverages. Tickets can be purchased at the Wells Fargo box office or through all Dahl’s tickets outlets. The Expo will run from 3 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Friday and 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Saturday. You must be 21 or older to attend the event.
The 2012 Expo will feature a number of popular national chefs doing cooking demonstrations. Here is a look at the schedule for those chefs:
