In the previous column, Intuitive wellness: social dimension, we took a look at the first of five dimensions of wellness, here we will follow up with dimension number two; physical wellness. You will be given a simple journey description to follow while in a meditative state to access your higher self, or intuition, to gain information and guidance to better whole person health and wellness.
Preparation for vision journey-
Make sure you have 5 to 20 minutes time to spend on your journey and that you won’t be disrupted, interrupted or surprised by an unannounced visitor, this means pets too. Sit or lay down and start breathing slowly and deeply. Allow your eyes to close. Use your intention to ground yourself to the earth and connect yourself to Spirit and then release anything that is not for your highest and best. Once you have done that, seal yourself up with white light to protect yourself during the journey. This is all done with intention, which is ‘what you expect to happen’. Allow this to happen and void forcing anything. Ask your team of helpers to assist you, whether this be Angels, Guides, God, Goddess, Gatekeepers, loved Ones on the other side or Spirit. If you don’t ask for their help, they usually won’t help unless it is an emergency that will alter your contracts or big plans for life.
Once you are in a quiet meditative state of being allow a door to appear at the end of a hallway, staircase, pathway, or whatever you mind gives you. It is best to use what comes to you rather than be given a scene that you might feel stuck with or trapped into using. You have the keys to the door, and only you. Unlock the door and walk into this quiet serene office space. Use your imagination and set up a table with your body laying on top of; watch this scene objectively rather than stepping into it and run the risk of becoming emotional. Scan your body anyway you feel led to and look for ‘hot spots’, or areas that stand out. Make metal or journal notes to refer back to. Let your own intuition lead you to remove, replace or rebuild what you need to within or outside of your body to achieve better physical health.
You may visualize bringing food or objects into the scene to see how your body reacts: a favorable reaction is good and can show you what foods are beneficial to your system.
