The documentary “Chasing Ice” had its premiere at the Museum of Art and Design on October 17, 2012 in New York City. “Chasing Ice” was directed by Jeff Orlowski and stars James Balog, Svavar Jonatansson and Adam LeWinter.
Posing for photographs at the red carpet premiere were Harry Belafonte, Judd Hirsch, Sam Champion, James Balog, Director Jeff Orlowski, Christian Campbell, America Olivio, Lee Goldberg, Todd Graff and Bob Simon.
“Chasing Ice” follow a National Geographic photographer as he captures melting icecaps on video throughout an entire year.
“Chasing Ice” debuted at the Sundance Film Festival last January and is currently in a limited release in the U.S.
“Chasing Ice” is not rated and has a run-time of 1 hour and 16 minutes.
