Enjoy this cool and creamy “breakfast of champions” poolside ~ with anti-inflammatory benefits, and metabolism boosting ingredients for a healthy, happy, and trimmer you 2day.
- ½ – 1 cup Coconut Water – No sugar added (Potassium, Electrolytes)
- 1 cup Fat-free plain Greek Yogurt (Protein, probiotics – good bacteria for a healthy digestive system)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen mango pieces (Digestive Enzymes)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen pineapple (Anti-inflammatory, Digestive Enzymes)
- 1 cup fresh or frozen strawberries (Vitamin C, anti-oxidants)
- Ice cubes (If you are using fresh fruit vs. frozen)
- Pinch or two of Cayenne Pepper (Boosts Metabolism and fat-burning)
Serves 2 people
(This recipe calls for approximately 3 cups of fresh or frozen fruit. You can use whatever fruit you have in – with pineapple serving as the base for it’s anti-inflammatory and digestive enzyme properties)
Place all of the above ingredients in a blender – and blend until smooth. Add more *coconut water if too thick, or ice if too thin. If you don’t have coconut water replace with fat-free milk).

**Coconut water is high in potassium (it actually has more potassium than a whole banana). It’s full of electrolytes and is low in fat and calories.
Pineapple contains bromaline, which is an anti-inflammatory. It is also high in vitamin C, nutrients, and digestive enzymes.
Mango is high in beta carotene
Papaya contains digestive enzymes and high in vitamin C.
