Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman were married Saturday night at a private estate in Big Sur, California.
Twenty-nine-year-old Hathaway and 31-year-old actor/jewelry designer Shulman got engaged in November after dating for three years. “I am very much in love with him, (only) Adam totally ruined my plan. I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!” said Hathaway last year.
The bride stunned in a custom Valentino gown that the designer made specifically for her wedding. The groom wore a classic black tuxedo. The 180 guests were treated to an all-vegan menu. The guest list was made up of family and friends with no movie stars in attendance. Set against the backdrop of Big Sur and surrounded by more than $100,000 worth of flowers, the scenery must have been breathtaking. To add to the ambiance, guests were serenaded by the jazz trio “Americano Social Club.”

Hathaway told “USA Today,” “I’d like to have kids in 10 years. I don’t know about five, but 10.”
