Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman have finally tied the knot! Their beautiful wedding took place on the Californian coastline among 180 friends and family that watched the couple as they exchanged their vows at sunset on Saturday, September 29. This elegant, yet rustic ceremony seemed to fit their personalities well. Their guests had no idea where they were headed to as they were transported to the wedding destination. They even had to wear neon green bracelets to get in.
It was revealed to Celebuzz that the 29-year-old bride wore a custom-made Valentino gown with a gorgeous lace headband. The 31-year-old groom had on a dashing traditional tux. They made such a striking couple as they posed for the official wedding photos. The colors they chose for their big day were white and pink that was set against the rustic theme. The groom’s mother posed for photos with the wedded couple wearing a navy blue dress with chiffon shoulders. Hopefully the official wedding party photos will be revealed to the public very soon.
The reception was set up in a private marquee with more than $100,000 of flowers for guests to enjoy. The arrangements were from The Velvet Garden and was said that they took over a week to create. The music was provided by a San Francisco-based jazz trio ‘Americano Social Club’ and a DJ for some added dancing for the rest of the night. Supposedly, the band did not know they were playing music for the “Dark Knight” star. What a surprise that must have been!
The rehearsal dinner was at the Ventana Inn and Spa. That sounds like a wonderful place to spend before the big day. When it came time to get ready for the nuptials, Anne and Adam got dressed in a five-star luxury hotel.
Overall, the whole affair was said to be estimated at more than $1 million. Now that is one luxurious wedding! Congratulations to Anne Hathaway and Adam Shulman on their wedded bliss.
