Public vote picks flower varieties chosen by breeders for excellent garden performance in American Garden Award contest.
The public vote is over, selections made, and it’s time to announce the 2012 American Garden Award flower winners! The 2012 American Garden Award program, now in its fourth year, featured six new flower varieties chosen by their gardening breeders for their excellent garden performance and entered in the competition. Once these new gardening flower varieties were planted and put on display at the participating gardens, the public was invited to vote on their favorite flower using one of several voting methods.
